Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove grinded
  • 1 pound of  chicken make into cutlets
  • 4 tablespoon  butter
  • 4 teaspoon  olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup of  lemon juice
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cup of  water
  • 1/2 cup of  bread crumbs

Procedure:

  • Bread chicken and fry in oil. Remove.
  •  Put in a baking dish.
  •  In the same pan, brown the garlic. Remove.
  •  Add lemon juice, bouillon cubes and water. Boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
  • Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 skinless chicken breast (boneless skinless chicken breasts halved lengthwise)
  • 14 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tablespoons  milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumb (fine)
  • 14 cup olive oil (vegetable)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 14 cup onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoons  all-purpose flour
  • 12 cups of sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon  salt
  • 14 teaspoon  pepper

Procedure:

 

  • Pound chicken to 1/2″ thickness. Coat with flour. Dip in egg/milk mixture. Coat with bread crumbs.
  •  Fry 2-4 at a time in hot oil until golden (about 5 minute per side). Remove and keep warm while frying the rest. 
  • Serve with mushroom sauce.
  • MUSHROOM SAUCE: Cook mushrooms and onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until boiling and thickening. Stir in sour cream and heat through–Do Not Boil.

Chicken Cultets are basically the thin and soft slices of meat of chicken, mostly the meat is cut from the legs and from chest part.

Chicken cutlets contain lots of vitamins in them and are best for all age of people. It is one of the fast food item which is cooked in minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Oil 2 tablespoon.
  • Onion ½ cup but  minced.
  • Garlic 2 tea spoon should be  minced.
  • Ginger  1 tea spoon should be  minced.
  • Red chili powder  ½ tea spoon.
  • Turmeric powder  ½ tea spoon.
  • Chicken minced  500 gm.
  • Garam masala powder  1 tea spoon.
  • Coriander leaves  1 tablespoon and  chopped.
  • Mint leaves  1 tablespoon but  chopped.
  • Bread  2 slices.
  • Egg and bread crumbs to coat.
  • Oil to deep fry.
  • Salt to taste.

Procedure:

  • Heat the oil in a pan, Fry onion, garlic and ginger till fragrant.
  • Add chilli and turmeric powder, chicken mince and Salt. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cover and cook on low flame till the chicken is tender.
  • Add garam masala, coriander and mint leaves. Stir till the excess moisture is dry.
  • Now add the bread to the chicken mixture after breaking it into small pieces.
  • Stir well and let the mixture cool.
  • Shape the mixture into cutlets, coat with egg and bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  • Drain onto the  paper and serve hot.
